PRIVACY POLICY
At PIXEL GALAXY we only process the data the game needs to run. We never ask for your e-mail, real name, phone number or payment details, and we use no advertising or tracking services.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account: your username, an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored), your sign-up date and the race you chose.
- Game: your progress, ships and equipment, your clan, trade and market transactions, and in-game events.
- Chat: the messages you send (including private messages).
- Technical: your IP address (for security) and a session cookie.
- Support: what you write in a support request and, optionally, your player name. A request is linked to the code we give you; your IP address is not stored with it.
2. WHY
To keep your account and progress, run the game, answer your support requests, protect the game against cheating and attacks, and enforce the chat rules.

4. SHARING
We never sell your data or share it with anyone; the game uses no third-party services. To investigate rule violations, game administrators can see the last 14 days of chat, including private messages. Data may be shared with the authorities if we are legally required to.
5. COOKIES
We only use the essential cookie that keeps you logged in and browser storage that keeps your settings. This website uses no cookies; the support page remembers your request codes in your own browser only.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
To exercise your rights under KVKK (the Turkish data protection law), including access to your data, correction, or deletion together with your account, write to [email protected] with your username. We answer requests within 30 days at the latest.
